The Doghouse Smoke Chunks are made from authentic oak casks, used to age the finest Scottish Whisky. Sourced directly from the Coopers, our barrels are steeped in whisky for up to 30 years, the barrels are replaced and repurposed into these highly aromatic Smoke Chunks (and we make furniture with them too!), combining the strong, rich smoky flavour of aged oak with a sweet infusion of whisky. It’s a game changer and will alter the way you cook red meats, fish (amazing with salmon!) and vegetables.
